01 / The real selfie

Where it started · 02–05

I didn't startin a studio.

I was turning 40 and starting over. I had a small apartment, three kids, a head full of ideas and no team telling me what to do next.

So I used what I had. My phone. A cheap tripod. A couple of softboxes. The bathroom had the best light, so that became my studio.
